The King Room on a high floor was super spacious and comfy. I loved that I could stream my own shows on the TV. The bed had amazing pillows, made for great sleep. The room had nice design touches, and the Nespresso machine was a nice perk. Just wish the noise from the street wasn't so distracting at night.

The only shining star was Nikki, the bartender, who provided excellent service. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay overall.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff didn't live up to our expectations. Most of the employees seemed disinterested in providing good customer service, except for one exceptional bartender.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to explore all the local attractions. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, with top-notch amenities such as an ironing facility, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I also appreciated the valet parking service, as it made my stay even more convenient.
